📱 From the Vostra app

1️⃣ Launch the Vostra app and go to the « Destinations » tab
2️⃣ Choose the data plan that matches your destination and needs
3️⃣ Complete the purchase with one click, and you’re ready to surf!

If you’re using an eSIM adapter, automatic installation via the Vostra app will not work.

➡️ You will then need to manually install your eSIM via a QR code provided at the time of purchase.

2️⃣ Select your desired destination and data plan
3️⃣ Confirm your order, and your plan is immediately activated!

🔍 Your eSIM isn’t installing? This might be due to regional restrictions

Even with a compatible, unlocked smartphone, and all connections properly activated, installation may fail if regional limitations apply.

📍 Devices purchased in China, Hong Kong, or Macao: these regions may block eSIM installation from abroad.

💡 Points to check before continuing

Device compatibility: it must be eSIM-ready and unlocked for all networks
Phone change: already installed elsewhere? Contact our support to reset your installation
Active plan: ensure you have purchased a data plan
VPN disabled: a VPN can block installation — temporarily disable it
No ongoing call: the eSIM will not install during a call
One installation is enough: no need to reinstall, it works in all compatible countries
Before your flight: some airport Wi-Fi networks can cause blocking issues. Prefer a private Wi-Fi connection or your main line’s network to activate the eSIM before taking off ✈️
